Bridgepointe Technologies Announces Strategic Growth Investment From Charlesbank Capital Partners and Carlyle AlpInvest
Bridgepointe Technologies (“Bridgepointe” or “the Company”), a leading technology advisory and enablement services platform, today announced a strategic growth investment led by Charlesbank Capital Partners (“Charlesbank”) valuing the Company at over $1 billion. An existing investor, Charlesbank will invest alongside Carlyle AlpInvest. The transaction is one of the largest recent investments in the technology services distribution market.
