The reverse stock split is expected to take effect as of 12:01 a.m. ET, on Monday, March 31, 2025, and shares of the Company’s Class A common stock are expected to begin trading on a post-split basis on the Nasdaq Capital Market at the market open on March 31, 2025 under the existing trading symbol “NXU”.
